Despega Music: vinculación y fomento de la i+e de la industria artístico-musical
Abstract
The music industry is a fundamental component of the economy and of people's quality of life. In a world characterized by the vertiginous advance of digital technology in the artistic-music industry, it is essential to promote the increase in quality of professionals, entrepreneurs and companies in the artistic-music sector, as well as their capabilities in innovation and entrepreneurship with a focus on sustainability. This study examines the review of various sources documenting an event called Despega Music where businessmen, entrepreneurs, artists, teachers, students and state entities analyzed the current situation of the artistic-music industry in the region of Huánuco from different perspectives. Through a documentary and comparative analysis, problems, opportunities for improvement, analysis of the event, as well as the dynamics of interaction among the actors of the music industry are identified. Recommendations are proposed to enhance the growth of the local music industry.
